Initial Visit (New Patients) - Initial Consultation, Assessment & Treatment:   1 hr

Chiropractic Adjustment - Follow up Chiropractic Treatment:    15 min

Active Release Technique - A.R.T. session with Chiropractic Adjustment:    30 min

Acupuncture - Acupuncture session with Chiropractic Adjustment:    30 min

Laser Therapy – Follow-up Laser Therapy with Chiropractic Adjustment: 30 min

Re-Assessment & Treatment - a new injury requiring more time to assess and treat, or if it has been more than one year since you have seen Dr. Benoot:    30 min

If this is your First Visit, or a Re-Assessment, please come a few minutes early to fill out a case history or update form and please wear comfortable clothing.

Payments:

we accept cash, debit, Visa and MasterCard

Direct Billing:

With proper identification, we can direct bill for Green Shield, Blue Cross, Canada Life, Manulife, and a few other health benefit companies. Please check with your health benefits package for details.   We also accept approved auto accident cases.

Missed Appointment / Cancellation policy:

Please note, to accommodate patients on our cancellation list, we require 4-hour notice to cancel or change your appointment.

There will be a charge for missed appointments without sufficient notice.

Please call directly 519-709-2797 if you are unable to keep your appointment.

What to bring:

If you have any copies of reports, such as radiology, please bring them with you.
